You can use gold to purchase normal scrolls and ENH Scroll Chests from the Mall daily. There is a good chance of obtaining Blessed ENH Scrolls from the chests. Regardless of the weapon or DEF gear's enhancement bonus, there is a chance of getting an incredible +3 bonus when using a blessed scroll. Many gear jump from +6 to +9, and then from +9 to +12. You can give it a try.
If you do not wish to try your luck, you can purchase gear and ENH scrolls from the Market to save your time and effort. Many players will farm gear and sell them for Diamonds. Check out the Market and Album to see if the gear you lack is available for purchase. Sometimes, even +9 green gear might be sold at a low price. If you see any gear priced cheaply, make sure to buy it right away!
